Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

If you do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services before you receive care.

A Good Faith Estimate shows the expected costs of items and services related to your mental health care, including therapy sessions, assessments, or other services provided by Colibri PLLC.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time by contacting our office.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.

Please note that actual costs may vary depending on the length of services, clinical needs, or changes to your treatment plan. We are committed to transparency and will discuss any changes with you in advance whenever possible.
